Green Light’s teams are led by experienced Registered Managers with support from Deputy Managers, Senior Support Workers, Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.
Operations Managers, with direct care, leadership and home management experience provide coaching, support and supervision to Registered Managers. Registered Managers access, and contribute to, informal support offered from the company’s 24/7 Management On-call System.
Green Light’s PBS team provides behavioural support and training to teams. Green Light provides Recruitment, Quality Assurance, Human Resource, Maintenance, Fleet & Facilities, and Finance support to Registered Managers under the direction of the Operations Director and Nominated Individual. Both the Operations Director and Nominated Individual have direct experience of supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour and leading teams providing care and support from residential care homes.
