Ioanna Konstantinidou

Senior Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Ioanna joined Green Light in September 2016 from a special school setting in London specialising in Applied Behaviour Analysis, a scientific approach to understanding behaviour and teaching socially meaningful skills.  Ioanna completed a Masters Degree at the University of Kent School for Learning Disabilities The Tizard Centre. Ioanna has 13 years of experience working with children and adults with learning disabilities and autism. While working in Greenlight, Ioanna has also studied the science of behaviour in organisations through the University of Florida and the OBM international centre. She is currently doing her Phd through Queen’s University Belfast, focusing on behavioural training and organisational approaches that increase the behavioural skills for carers and the outcomes for the individuals receiving support.

Spencer Delf

Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Spencer joined Green Light in June 2020 following a 7 month period teaching English in Alexandria, Egypt.  Spencer has previously worked across different settings, including mainstream primary schools through to working in young offender institutes (YOI) to reduce behaviour that challenges within the prison system.  He obtained his Master Degree from the University of South Wales (USW) and a Postgraduate Diploma from the same institute, completing placements at USW’s early intervention clinic and HMP Parc and YOI.  Find out more about Spencer in our Meet the Team blog

Mollie Salter-Prescott

Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Mollie joined Green Light in August 2020 having previously worked with children using Applied Behaviour Analysis in a number of settings. Mollie completed her Masters at Bangor University in 2017 and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in June 2021. Prior to joining Green Light Mollie was working on a self-employed basis designing, implementing and supervising behaviour intervention and individualised learning plans.  Find out more about Mollie in our Meet the Team blog

Darina Donnellan

Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Darina joined Green Light in September 2020 following two years of working as a self-employed ABA tutor. This role involved working alongside a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) designing and implementing plans to increase functional, social and academic skills, and decrease behaviours that challenge. Darina has previously worked in a number of different settings including mainstream primary schools, SEN schools and on home programmes. Darina completed a Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Bangor University in 2018, completing an internship in a maintained SEN school alongside her MSc. Darina completed 1,500 hours supervised practice before sitting and passing the exam to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in October 2021.  Find out more about Darina in our Meet the Team blog

Chloe Brindley

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Chloe joined Green Light in October 2020 after completing her Master Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Bangor University. Whilst studying, Chloe was part of the University’s internship programme, working in schools around North Wales, including primary schools and pupil referral units. In this role Chloe assisted Board Certified Behaviour Analysts in the collection of data via behavioural observations. Chloe also assisted with the implementation of behaviour plans to reduce challenging behaviour and increase emotional regulation and academic and social skills. Chloe completed 1,500 hours supervised practice before sitting and passing the exam to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in December 2021. Lakme Lusein

Behaviour Technician

Lakme joined Green Light in November 2020 initially as a Support Worker, then Senior Support Worker before becoming a Behaviour Technician in September 2022.  Lakme was involved in the pilot study behind this training, which was completed before the Behaviour Technician role was launched.  She is currently as part of the Thornbury House team, led by Natasha Gregovich who supports two individuals living at the home near Redruth, Cornwall.  Read Lakme’s meet the team blog for more info

Beccy Melling

Behaviour Technician

Beccy joined Green Light in March 2017 initially as a Support Worker, then Senior Support Worker before becoming a Behaviour Technician in September 2022. Prior to joining Green Light Beccy spent 11 years working with children and adults with autism and set up a forest school.  Beccy was involved in the pilot study behind this training, which was completed before the Behaviour Technician role was launched.  Beccy is currently part of a team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.  Alongside her Behaviour Technician role Beccy is a Physical Intervention Trainer, delivering Green Light’s BILD ACT accredited PBS+ Physical Intervention Training Package.

Clarissa Mitchell

Behaviour Technician

Clarissa Mitchell joined Green Light in July 2021 initially as a Support Worker, then Senior Support Worker, before being promoted to a Behaviour Technician in September 2022.  Clarissa joined Green Light with extensive experience in health and social care in a range of settings.  She is currently part of the September Lodge near Truro, led by Claire Thomas, whose team supports four adults with learning disabilities and autism.  Read more in Clarissa’s meet the team blog

Charlotte Kane

Behaviour Technician

Charlotte Kane joined Green Light in February 2016 as a Support Worker, then Senior Support Worker, before being promoted to a Behaviour Technician in September 2022.  During her Psychology degree studies Charlotte worked with the Live at Home Scheme to help the isolated elderly community live more independently and volunteered with Circles UK alongside probation and police officers working with offenders on release from prison.  Charlotte is part of the Tresleigh team led by Hannah Rundle, whose team supports four adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Siobhan Menhenett

Behaviour Technician

Siobhan Menhenett joined Green Light in January 2019, with a wealth of customer-focused experience, gained from her time in the retail and hospitality sectors.  As an outdoor activity instructor, Siobhan found joy in supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour to overcome personal difficulties and reach their personal goals.   After becoming a senior support worker with Green Light, Siobhan had the opportunity to work closely with Darina Donellan, a Behaviour Analyst from Green Light’s PBS team, who was supporting an individual with severe learning disabilities and autism to develop their self-help and independence skills.  Inspired by her involvement in this, Siobhan applied to become a Behaviour Technician, a role that will give Siobhan the opportunity to learn more about the underlying principles at play, and build further on the progress made with her team. Jon Gibbons

Behaviour Technician

Jon joined Green Light in July 2018 with over 20 years experience in the Health & Social Care sector, 15 of which were in junior managerial roles.  As a member of the Huthnance Park team, Jon took on senior support worker, and key worker responsibilities.  This enabled Jon to work closely with Chloe Brindley, a Behaviour Analyst from Green Light’s PBS team, who was assigned to the home.  As a result, Jon became interested in the person centred approaches being used to teach people skills that would improve their quality of life.  When the opportunity arose, Jon applied to become a Behaviour Technician, a role that builds on these achievements.  Jon started this role in January 2023.  Find out more about Jon in his meet the team blog
