Jina Prior


Jina joined Green Light as Receptionist in June 2018 from Truro and Penwith College where she coordinated University examinations and the Higher Education Teacher Trainer Course.  Jina now supports an array of functions from compliance and training administration to responding to inquiries, all whilst warmly welcoming guests and visitors to our office in Newquay.

Kerry Noonan


Kerry joined Green Light in January 2014 from a nationwide fashion brand with a breadth of sales, store management and customer service experience.  Kerry’s natural enthusiasm and easy connection with people resulted in a number of retail sector awards.  Kerry now works closely with our management team to recruit and induct team members wishing to join us.

Andy Antrobus

Facilities Coordinator

Andy joined Green Light in October 2022 to coordinate the company’s vehicle and property maintenance needs in liaison with Green Light’s Registered Managers and trusted external contractors and suppliers.  Prior to joining Green Light Andy was a Fleet Manager for a charity for people with autism and learning disabilities and has extensive experience from his time as a Systems Analyst in the Royal Navy.

Chloe Browne

Human Resources Coordinator

Chloe Browne joined Green Light in August 2021.  Chloe started her journey in Human Resources as a Human Resources and Training Apprentice at St Austell Brewery.  Chloe loves the variety within HR and how each day brings something new.  After finishing her apprenticeship Chloe completed her Level 3 CIPD which further developed her knowledge and understanding of Human Resources.  Chloe enjoys helping colleagues and seeing people grow, from supporting them during their onboarding stage, to seeing them progress and develop in their careers.  Find out more about Chloe in her ‘meet the team‘ blog.

Jo Lucas Lake

Finance Manager

Finance Manager Jo Lucas Lake oversees the operational finance functions of the company. Jo is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Health and Social Care finance and a longstanding interest in autism and learning disability services.  As a founding team member Jo joined the company at inception in 2009.

Sarah Thorp

Finance Assistant

Sarah Thorp joined Green Light in January 2019 from Cormac in Wadebridge as Finance Assistant, overseeing a number of finance and payroll activities, providing support to our finance team and managers responsible for each home.

Linda Vassné Győző

Finance Assistant

Linda Vassné Győző joined Green Light in January 2015 from a care provider delivering services to people with autism and learning disabilities.  Linda retrained as a Finance Assistant and is now responsible for overseeing a number of payroll and finance support functions.

Julie Hewitt

Payroll Manager

Julie Hewitt joined Green Light in June 2016 from Cornwall College where she was an administration manager overseeing a wide range of duties including finance, pay claims, timetables, room allocation and reception. As Green Light’s Payroll Manager Julie now oversees payroll as well as a number office management duties at our office in  Newquay.

Krisztina Esztergomi

Payroll Administrator

Krisztina joined Green Light in December 2022 from her role as an Essential Banker at Barclays Bank in Newquay.  As Payroll Administrator, Krisztina provides assistance and support to the Payroll Manager coordinating Green Light’s payroll function.

Gordon Simpson

Accountant & Company Secretary

Gordon Simpson joined Green Light in May 2018 from a large care provider specialising in autism and learning disabilities. Gordon is now accountant and company secretary for Green Light, providing financial support to the finance, management team and directors.

Zarif Tohtayev

Trainee Accountant

Zarif Tohtayev joined Green Light in August 2019 from a London based law firm where he was employed as a trainee accountant before moving to Cornwall to continue his training.  Zarif now works closely with Green Light’s finance and management team, overseeing a range of financial activities.
