Chloe Hoskins joined Green Light in May 2023 as a Relief Support Worker which provides people with flexibility to work around other commitments, while still playing a key role in our teams. Chloe then went on to take a part time Support Worker role in the Tranquil Cross team. Here’s a Q&A with Chloe:
Q: Where are you from and where do you live now?
A: Cornwall, still here now.
Q: How did you hear about Green Light ?
A: Had seen the amazing Instagram posts pop up on my feed.
Q: Why did you decide to work for Green Light ?
A: The relief position was perfect for me at the time, I’ve since taken a contract 🙂 the job role seemed really rewarding and the ethos really stood out to me.
Q: What is your previous experience of autism or learning disabilities?
A: None
Q: Do you have any special skills/hobbies or interests?
A: I love lots of different arts and crafts, especially crochet and watercolour painting.
Q: When not working what are you most likely to be doing?
A: Walking my dogs, crafting and spending time with my children and Fiance.
Q: What do you have on your bucket list?
A: To have dyed my hair every colour possible.
Q: Who is your hero or heroine & why?
A: My Gran because she was unlike anyone I’ve ever met and never cared what anyone thought of her and could make you laugh with just a look.
