If you choose to lease property in Cornwall to a partner you can trust, finding a stable arrangement is everything. Since opening our first home in 2011, we have gone from strength to strength, creating beautiful family-sized homes, flats, and apartments across Cornwall for over 50 people and jobs for over 250 local people.
We are currently looking for new homes to lease across Cornwall. We are particularly interested in detached bungalows or houses in rural or quiet areas that feature private gardens, dedicated parking, and offer a high level of privacy from neighbouring homes. A long-term commitment
We rent properties for a minimum of five years (often much longer) to give the people we support a secure, stable place to call home. For you, this means steady rental income with no gaps or agency fees.
Looked after like our own
Our homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Because of this, we are legally and professionally required to keep your property to an exceptionally high standard of safety, cleanliness, and repair.
We handle the day-to-day
We take care of all the management, compliance, and tenant support. You sign a direct commercial lease with us, receive your rent reliably on time, and leave the daily details in our hands.

Space for at least 3 cars, so family visits and staff changeovers never crowd local street parking.
