The Journey to Green Light
Aysha first heard about Green Light through friends who were already part of our team. Even before heading off to university, Green Light’s reputation and community impact stood out to her.
After completing her degree—which included modules focused on human behaviour—Aysha felt a strong calling toward support work. Having completed various placements and volunteering roles, she was eager to continue developing her skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Experience, Empathy, and Expertise
Aysha brings meaningful practical experience supporting both adults and children with autism and learning disabilities at Boscawen Farm and SVC in Cardiff. Combining her practical background with her studies, she looks forward to growing alongside colleagues and contributing thoughtfully to our care model.
Sunday Roasts, Lacrosse & A Mini-Zoo
