Meet the Team – Jon Gibbons, Behaviour Technician
Jon joined Green Light in July 2018 with over 20 years experience in the Health & Social Care sector, 15 of which were in junior managerial roles. As a member of the Huthnance Park team, Jon took on senior support worker, and key worker responsibilities. This enabled Jon to work closely with Chloe Brindley, a Behaviour Analyst from Green Light’s PBS team, who was assigned to the home. As a result, Jon became interested in the person centred approaches being used to teach people skills that would improve their quality of life. When the opportunity arose, Jon applied to become a Behaviour Technician, a role that builds on these achievements. Jon started this role in January 2023.
