Meet Green Light’s Go Team: Empowering Lives Through Supported Living

Green Light’s Go team is dedicated to supporting individuals aged 16+ with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live independently in their own homes.  Our team, led by experienced Registered Manager Lewis Edwards, includes both skilled Support Workers, and members of our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.

What Does the Go Team Do?

We provide personalised support tailored to each person’s needs, identified through thorough assessments with the person and their loved ones.  Our goal is to enhance skills and quality of life, gradually reducing the need for support over time and as the person gains skills and confidence.

Areas of Support

Our Go team assists individuals in:

  • Developing independent living skills
  • Improving social, communication, and relationship skills
  • Accessing healthcare
  • Maximising well-being

Collaborative Approach

Our Go team works closely with individuals, their families, and professionals to:

  • Assess needs
  • Design services
  • Plan activities
  • Review support provided

Our First Project: The Mews

The Go team’s first project is supporting tenants at The Mews, seven two-bedroom, three-bathroom homes in Goonhavern, near Perranporth created by Cornwall-based developer Quadpart Investments Ltd.
