Based on the edge of Truro, our small, quiet home is dedicated to delivering some of the highest quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Cornwall.

The inspectors highlighted the team’s thoughtful, everyday efforts to help people expand their individual experiences, while ensuring they hold real choice and control over their own lives. It was also wonderful to see healthcare professionals recognise the team’s collaborative open relationship with families and professional partners.
