Your Role at a Glance

• Hands-on Coaching: Bringing behavioural theory to life through daily encouragement and real-time feedback for our teams.
• Assessment & Design: Creating support plans that open doors to new skills and experiences and a significantly better quality of life.
• Mentoring Others: Supporting our UKiBA and UKvBA colleagues as they emerge into the next generation of PBS practice leaders.
• Ethical Integrity: Upholding the UK-SBA Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct and the Mental Capacity Act (2005) with care and professionalism.
