As a Deputy Manager with Green Light you will support the Registered Manager to lead, coach and nurture your team to achieve this goal for the people we support each day.
Together you will support your team to provide excellent accommodation, care and support to people with autism, learning disabilities and other complex n
eeds. You will support your colleagues to understand how autism affects the strengths, needs and behaviour of some people with the condition.
You will collaborate and communicate effectively with the individuals your team supports, their families and loved ones, and with allied health and social care professionals to ensure care and support provided meets their needs in a person centred way.
As a Deputy Manager with Green Light you will be a highly organised ‘people person’ committed to providing care and support that improves and enhances the quality of life of the people we support.

Salary:
£31,969.08 per year (based on 40 hours per week). Weekend pay boost: Earn an additional £2.00 per hour from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. Sleep-in shifts: Paid at £60 each – completing one per week adds up to an extra £2,724 annually. Enjoy a great work-life balance with alternate weekends off.
