Green Light PBS Ltd is a leading independent provider of accommodation and support for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs in Cornwall, UK. Established in 2010, we have grown to over 260 employees, supporting just under 50 people, from 18 small homes across Cornwall.  Green Light has consistently been rated ‘good’ overall by the Care Regulator and built a reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred, responsive services with the people we support.

About the role

As Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organisation. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the senior management team and the board of directors.  This role is instrumental in guiding our financial strategy, contributing significantly to our sustainable growth, and our ongoing commitment to exceptional care for people with learning disabilities and autism.
