Q: Where are you from and where do you live now?
A: I grew up in Sennen and now live in Penzance
Q: How did you hear about Green Light ?
A: A friend shared a post on Facebook which I followed up
Q: Why did you decide to work for Green Light ?
A: I was feeling disillusioned working in education and wanted to find a role that helped others still. Green Light appealed to me as a company that fitted with my own values.
Q: What is your previous experience of autism or learning disabilities?
A: It’s something that I have always known. My brother has ADHD and I have a cousin with a learning disability. I’ve also spent a few years working as a SENCO and as a learning disability Teaching Assistant in local primary schools.
Q: Do you have any special skills/hobbies or interests?
A: I am very fickle when it comes to new hobbies and interests. I’ll find something new and throw myself into it before moving on to the next new thing. I’m at my happiest by, or on the sea though!
Q: When not working what are you most likely to be doing?
A: Walking the coast, or on the beach. I love to kayak and Stand Up Paddle Board.

A: Travelling to new places
Q: Who is your hero or heroine & why?
A: My sister. She is so strong and has been through so much but always slaps on a smile and helps others.

A: Happy, energetic and supportive
